WAREHOUSE
- We are not staffed on site continually. Flo usually works from 11-7pm Monday-Friday. Outside of these hours, you will be given a contact number if you need to reach us when Flo is not on site.
- You are able to check in anytime from 3pm until 9pm. You will be sent all the details you need to check in, 5days before you arrive.
- Check out is by 11am
- No Smoking is allowed at all
- will send you all the details you'll need to check in 5 days before you are due to arrive.
- We operate a no noise policy from 10pm onwards and we expect all guests to stop using the communal area after this time. This is for everyone's comfort. If you feel you cannot adhere to this please get in touch as soon as possible to arrange cancellation and refund. If for any reason this rule is not adhered to, we have the right to ask that you leave the accommodation.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
EXCLUSIVE USE BOOKINGS (Ground floor and Lofts) - Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. 50% Refund if the check-in date is at least 28 days away. No refunds for cancellations made within 28 days of check-in.
FOR SINGLE ROOM BOOKINGS - Full refund up to 24hrs prior to arrival. No refund within 24hrs.
FOR SINGLE LOFT BOOKINGS - 100% refund if more than 14days until Check in. No refunds after.
ADDITIONAL
We do not wish to profit from cancellations and we understand that things outside of your control can happen. Therefore if you do need to cancel and we receive another booking that is the same/equal to yours, then you will be fully refunded
